HF drying machine

High frequency vacuum dryer (timber dryer) 1. It is new drying mechod.(Dielectric heating) Steam and normal vacuum dryer(hot plate) is conductive heating. They dry the wood little by little from outside to inside. High frequency is dielectric heating. HF wave can penetrate the thick wood and dry it uniformly. Even the core of wood temperatureis heater than surface. Vacuum condition: It isminus pressure, safe. the wood moisture can voparized in low temperature. Then vopar will be pump out automatically. So HF cacuum dryer is faster, more uniform, no bending and no crack caused by non-uniform. 2. No needboiler; No needhot plate (no hot water) The power supply of HF vacuum dryer is electrcity. It does not need boiler, save the human resourse and protect the enviroment. 3. Worm killing. high frequency can kill the worm and bacteria. It does not need special chemical treatment.
